Don’t forget about the upcoming picnic to celebrate the end of our Spring Rec Season! We want everyone to be able to come out, have some fun, eat some food, and get their trophies! We will begin grilling up hamburgers and hotdogs at 10am, and we will have chips and cookies available. We will have water and lemonade to drink.
U5 age groups please try to come out at 11am, but anytime between 10-12 is fine. The players will get medals for their participation this spring in the largest Academy group ever! Thank you all again so much for making this spring so fun for the little ones!
U7 teams please come out whenever works best for your whole team. We want coaches to be able to hand off trophies and give any final accolades to the players for a great season. We also would love to get final team photos in front of our advertising banner with everyone holding up their trophies! There will also be games going on for the U9 teams, and we encourage everyone to stay and watch and cheer on the older players.
U9 teams will compete in an end of season tournament. We have such a great group of competitive teams this spring, we wanted to see who could come out on top. As teams are eliminated, those teams can go and collect their trophies and get some food. Every team will get trophies for a great season of hard work, but only our final two teams will get medals for 1st and 2nd place.

PLEASE plan to bring your own cup/water bottle/drinks. We will have water and lemonade available in large serving containers, but to keep costs low and reduce waste, we will likely not have enough cups for everyone.
We are happy to announce two picnic additions this year as well. Aspire Health has helped us with our picnic costs by sponsoring and will be setting up a booth to talk with anyone interested, and Veterans Ice will be selling shaved ice and donating a portion back to LYSA.
