You’re invited to come be a part of the decision making process for Lebanon Youth Soccer Association! With a rapidly growing base of players, more than doubling our numbers in the last five years, we are seeking more avenues to improve our program and we need your help! As we take the necessary steps to grow our girls’ program independent from but in alignment with our boys’ program and also push for better overall levels of competition at all ages, we are seeking those driven to make those steps with us and put in the time needed. Soccer knowledge or experience is not required, as a lot of what we need involves organizing, communicating, and planning. It doesn’t take much to be an active part of the community, but being active in the community makes all the difference in the world to our players!
One position we are actively seeking a more specialized skillset for is our Treasurer. Anyone with an accounting background is asked to apply for this role with the understanding this is a longer-term commitment and we would need time to replace and train should you choose to leave the organization.
Please note that the entire program is volunteer run and non-profit. We are here for the kids and the love of the sport! So, please come out and join us on Wednesday, October 16th at the Lebanon Public Library (large meeting room upstairs) from 6-8pm. If you cannot attend and would like to help, please email us at AskLYSA@LebanonYouthSoccer.com
